Certified Human Resource Professionals (CHRP)
Certified Human Resource Professionals (CHRP) is a professional course which is examined by the Human Resource Management Professional Examinations Board (HRMPEB). The course targets individuals aspiring to enter into HR profession and those already practicing as HR professionals. This course has been driven by a high demand of qualified personnel to manage the human resource function in a continuously dynamic and competitive environment. According to the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA), CHRP is a Level 7 qualification.
Entry Requirements
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C+ and above.
- A Diploma in Human Resource management from a recognized examination body/institution.
- A bachelors degree from a recognized University.
- Equivalent qualifications as determined by the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA).
