The Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited (TANESCO) is a parastatal organization established under a Memorandum and Articles of Association and incorporated on 26 November 1931. The company is responsible for the generation, purchase, transmission, distribution, and sale of electricity across mainland Tanzania. It also supplies bulk electricity to the Zanzibar Electricity Corporation (ZECO), which distributes power to consumers on the islands of Unguja and Pemba.

We were honored to provide consultancy services to TANESCO by designing and delivering executive training programs in Budgeting and Budgetary Control, Leadership and Management, and E-Procurement and Supplies Management. The training was conducted through face-to-face sessions in Nairobi and brought together senior management staff from TANESCO for an intensive two-week program. The sessions focused on strengthening strategic leadership, enhancing financial planning and control, improving procurement practices, and equipping participants with practical skills to drive organizational performance and operational excellence.

We were privileged to partner with KCA University in delivering a specialized executive training program for its senior and middle management staff. The two-week, face-to-face training, held in Kisumu, Kenya, covered Advanced Financial Reporting, Management Accounting and Performance Reporting, Internal Controls and Risk Management, and Practical Reporting Excellence.

The program was designed to strengthen participants' financial management, reporting, governance, and decision-making capabilities. Through practical case studies, interactive discussions, and real-world applications, participants enhanced their competencies in financial reporting standards, performance measurement, risk management, internal control systems, and the preparation of high-quality management reports to support strategic organizational objectives.

The Professional Institute of Certification (IPC) (Institut Professionnel de Certification) is an accredited tertiary institution in Cameroon, with campuses in Yaoundé and Douala. The Institute specializes in vocational training, internationally recognized professional certifications, and continuing education programs designed for corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, and students seeking to enhance their skills and career prospects.

We were honored to partner with IPC in delivering virtual training programs for students pursuing the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualifications. Through a structured, learner-centered approach, our training focused on strengthening technical competence, examination techniques, and practical application of accounting and finance concepts.

The partnership yielded outstanding results, with notable improvements in student progression and examination success rates across both professional programs. In addition to enhancing student performance, the collaboration contributed to increased enrolment, strengthened the Institute's reputation for academic excellence, and elevated its brand recognition within the professional education sector.

The training was tailored to strengthen participants' technical knowledge, examination readiness, and practical application of accounting, finance, and investment management principles.
